Executive Director Leadership Institute

The Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI) is an intensive four-day educational experience designed specifically for executive directors of senior living communities. Argentum has developed a curriculum that combines a rigorous academic grounding with real world application to enhance and enrich the work of the executive director in his or her leadership role in their senior living community. 

EDLI sessions will delve into mission critical topics for executive directors in areas such as operations management, leadership, human resources, sales and marketing, clinical oversight, risk management, and more. Participants will attend the conference general sessions including the Hero Awards Ceremony.

Program Qualifications

Participation in this program is restricted to executives who are currently employed as Executive Directors or Administrators of senior living communities (independent living, assisted living, memory care) seeking to enrich their contribution to the success of their community and their company and develop their professional skills for advancement in their company.

Continuing Education Credits

Participants are eligible to receive 16.5 NAB Approved CEU hours.

EDLI Program Fee

EDLI program and materials are $199. The fee covers eight additional hours of instruction, EDLI participant workbook, pre-conference online learning module, access to business texts, all meals during the instructional periods, 16.5 CEU hours, and a certificate of completion. We encourage all participants to register by April 15, 2016. EDLI participants must also purchase the All-Access Conference pass.
